GTM engineering

Outbound and signals, built as one system.

We design and build the workflows that find the right accounts, enrich the right people and put them in front of the right rep: inside the CRM and tools you already pay for, documented so your team can run and change them.

What it costsMore sends, fewer replies, and a sending domain you are now nervous about.

What changesSignal-led lists and copy written by people, so you send less and book more.

Plays we build

Each one runs in your CRM and tools, and is documented so your team can change it.

Every account in your market, in one table you can filter.

What we build

The capability on the left, what your team would notice on the right.

  • Signals

    Account and buying signals

Hiring, funding, technology changes and engagement, matched to your ICP and written to the account with the reason it surfaced.

  • Enrichment

    Contacts verified across providers

Work emails and phone numbers checked against more than one source, with the source kept on the record.

  • Scoring

Fit and intent you can read

Rules your team can see and change, not a black box. Every score carries the reason behind it.

  • Routing

    Lead and account routing

By territory, segment and capacity, with a clock that escalates when nobody picks the lead up.

  • Outreach

    Sequencer wiring

Approved contacts into the sequencer you already use, with replies and meetings written back to the CRM.

  • Automation

    Workflows you can maintain

Built in n8n, Clay or code, versioned and documented, with an alert when a step fails instead of a silent gap.

  • Research

    Account briefs for reps

Drafted from public sources for the rep to check before a call. Never sent to a prospect unreviewed.

The system, end to end

Where your data comes from, what we build in the middle, and where the results land.

Two of the plays, drawn out

Inbound routing and enrichment are where most leads are lost. This is how each one runs.

How an engagement runs

The same four steps whatever we build. The first one is small, fixed-fee and useful on its own.

What stays yours

We build and hand over

  • Runbooks for when something breaks
  • Per-role training, recorded

You keep and control

  • Your CRM, sequencer and sending domains
  • Your data provider contracts
  • Admin access, in your name

Questions

Do you run outbound for us?

We build the system your team runs: the signals, data, routing and sequencer wiring. Who writes and sends is agreed in the scope, and the tools and domains stay in your name.

Which data providers do you use?

The ones that perform for your markets, tested against your ICP rather than chosen by habit. Coverage varies a lot by country and industry, so we test before we commit.

Will this replace Clay or our sequencer?

Usually not. We connect and extend what you run. If a tool is costing more than it returns, the review says so, with the reason.

How do we know it is working?

Every play is tagged at the source, so pipeline and meetings are attributed to the workflow that produced them, in your CRM.
