Patterns, not anecdotes. If two of these are true, the rest of this page is about you.
New business lives in partners' inboxes and memories.
Proposals are rebuilt from old documents every time.
Nobody knows which relationships produced last year's revenue.
Pipeline and utilisation are reported in different meetings from different spreadsheets.
Signals we watch
Changes that mean an account is worth a conversation now, matched to your ICP and written to the CRM with the reason.
What we build
Across all three services, shaped for how this industry buys.
GTM engineering

Who knows whom at each target account, from email and calendar metadata, with consent.
Alumni tracking
Former clients and contacts followed to their new firms.
RevOps
Pipeline by practice and partner
One view from introduction to signed engagement.
Pipeline against capacity
Forecast work alongside who is actually available to deliver it.
AI agents
Proposal drafting agent
First drafts from your past proposals and scope templates, edited by the partner.
Meeting notes agent
Call summaries and next steps written to the CRM.
RFP response agent
First answers drafted from your approved answer bank, reviewed by the bid lead.
The system, end to end
Where the data comes from, what we build in the middle, and where the results land.
How an engagement runs
The same four steps whatever we build. The first one is small, fixed-fee and useful on its own.
Questions
Is relationship mapping private?
It reads metadata such as who met whom, not message content, configured to your policy. Partners can exclude any contact.
Will the proposal agent send anything to clients?
No. It drafts. A partner edits and sends, and the draft keeps links to the sources it used.
We use a practice management system. Do we need a CRM too?
Usually yes for new business, connected to the practice system for clients and billing. The review tells you whether that is worth it for your size.
