Logistics and supply chain

Quote faster, follow up on time, see margin by lane.

For freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers and distributors: quote requests routed in minutes, follow-up that does not depend on memory, and pipeline reported by lane and customer.

What breaks in logistics revenue teams

Patterns, not anecdotes. If two of these are true, the rest of this page is about you.

Quote requests arrive by email and wait for whoever is free.

Lost quotes are never followed up, so nobody learns why.

Key accounts shrink quietly before anyone notices.

Sales reports volume, finance reports margin, and the two never match.

What we build

Across all three services, shaped for how this industry buys.

GTM engineering

  • Account health by lane

AI agents

  • Quote intake agent

Reads RFQ emails and attachments and fills the request for a person to price.

  • Lost-quote follow-up agent

Drafts the follow-up and logs the reason given.

  • Key-account update agent

Proactive shipment updates for key accounts, with exceptions sent to a person first.

How an engagement runs

The same four steps whatever we build. The first one is small, fixed-fee and useful on its own.

Questions

Do you replace our TMS?

No. The TMS stays the system of record for shipments. We read volume from it where it allows, so sales sees what operations sees.

Can the agent price a quote?

It prepares the request: lanes, weights, dates and documents. A person prices it, and the agent logs the outcome.

We sell in several countries. Does routing handle that?

Yes. Routing works by lane, region, size and team capacity, with a response clock on every request.
