Pegasus Revenue OS

The operating system for your revenue engine.

Six layers that turn signals into pipeline and pipeline into revenue: designed by Pegasus GTM, built inside the tools you already own, and improved every week. Not a platform to license: a framework we build in your stack and hand over.

Six layers, one revenue engine

Each layer is built with the services you already know: GTM engineering, RevOps and AI agents. The Loop feeds what we learn back into Signal every week.

Layer by layer

What each layer does, what we build in it, and which service delivers it.

01

Sense

Signal

Know who to talk to, and why now.

Your market mapped into one table and watched continuously: hiring, funding, leadership and technology changes, product usage and site intent, matched to your ICP.

  • ICP and TAM mapped across every market you sell into
  • Buying signals tracked and written to the account
  • Product and intent signals scored with the reason attached
Delivered through GTM engineering
02

Unify

Context

One complete, current record for every account and person.

Agents and reps are only as good as the record they work from. We design the CRM once, merge what you know with what providers add, and keep every field current with its source.

  • CRM architecture and clean-up
  • Enrichment across providers, source kept on every field
  • Stage, field and ownership definitions written down
Delivered through RevOps
03

Execute

Agents

AI agents do the busywork. People make the calls.

Research, qualification, CRM hygiene, call notes and first drafts, done by agents inside your tools, with sources shown and a person approving anything that matters.

  • Research and meeting briefs before every call
  • Inbound qualification and meeting booking
  • CRM hygiene, call notes and drafts for review
Delivered through AI agents
04

Orchestrate

Flow

Every lead and deal moves to the right owner, on a clock.

Routing, handoffs and outreach wired together so nothing waits in an inbox: by territory, segment and capacity, with response clocks and escalation.

  • Lead and account routing with response clocks
  • Handoff SLAs from marketing to sales to success
  • Sequencer and ad-audience wiring
Delivered through GTM engineering
05

Measure

Pulse

One pipeline number everyone trusts.

Dashboards that reconcile with the CRM they come from, built on definitions sales and finance signed off, with every deal attributed to the play that created it.

  • Pipeline, conversion and forecast on signed-off stages
  • Attribution by play, source and campaign
  • Leadership view without a reporting team
Delivered through RevOps
06

Improve

Loop

Every system gets sharper every week.

Most automation is as good as it will ever be on launch day. We evaluate every system weekly on your real cases, test changes before release, and review results with your team monthly.

  • Weekly evaluation on a test set from your real cases
  • Changes tested before release, with rollback
  • A monthly improvement review with your team
Delivered through All three services

The difference, on one workflow

An inbound lead becoming a booked meeting: today, in week one, and twelve weeks in. Watch which steps people do, which agents do, and which simply happen.

How an engagement runs

Most clients start with one layer where the leak is biggest, then add the next as the first pays for itself.

Questions

Is Revenue OS a software platform?

No. It is the framework we use to design and build your revenue engine. Every layer is built inside the tools you already run, such as your CRM, data warehouse, sequencer and Slack, so there is nothing new to license.

Do we need all six layers?

No. Most teams start with the layer where revenue leaks most, often Context or Flow, and add the others as each one proves itself. The review tells you where to start.

What does "improved every week" mean in practice?

Each system has a test set built from your real cases. Every week we score it, ship tested changes, and send you a short evaluation report. Once a month we review results with your team.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything: the code, configuration, documentation and data, all in your accounts. Nothing depends on a login only we hold.

Find the biggest leak in your revenue engine

Start with a fixed-fee GTM systems review. We map your stack against the six layers and tell you where to start, whether or not you hire us.
